Scotch Abrasive Hand Pads are made from a material that can blend, clean, and polish surfaces. It can be used by hand as an applicator for Rubio Monocoat or other similar oils. Helping you reach difficult locations it can also be used for finishing, paint preparation, surface blending, and scuffing applications, contour finishing and lacquer sanding.
